**New**  4 Hearts!  If you’re an erotic fan who likes the lovers engaged in a kinky BDSM scene by the second chapter, Redemption won’t really satisfy. Ramsay doesn’t tack on a plot to her sex scenes. The book works quite the other way around, and so the love that develops between the characters is much more real and satisfying. And by the time Ramsay gets to a sex scene, it’s passionate and romantic.  My Romance Story

5 Hearts!  Ms. Ramsay does an expert job of describing her characters, primary AND secondary. Donovan and Brenna have awesome sex, while they work with other characters saving San Fransisco. 5 Cups!!  This is but the first in a new urban fantasy series. Set in the near past when many natural disasters and tragedies struck our world, this book makes quite an impact. If we believe this tale, many of the disasters were not natural but helped along. This premise shows our world in a new way, especially Mother Nature at her worst. Using beings with preternatural powers to control the elements in our modern age makes this believable. I loved both the strong characters, an alpha male and his equally strong mate. **NEW** I loved this alternative to the modern world in which Mother Nature is a force that grants powers to Terrans to protect the earth and humans from disasters. If only someone on earth did have the powers to stop earthquakes, hurricanes, etc.., and save people from dying in these disasters.
